Fall 2025 Digital Atlas Design Projects are Published!

Five more undergraduate interns completed their Digital Atlas Design projects in Fall 2025! Throughout the semester, each of them conducted historical research on a topic having to do with the global past, and created their own atlas, a spatial database about that topic. Combining writing, visual imagery, narrative, georeferenced historical maps, and interactive authored maps, each of these projects present a multimedia narrative on their respective topics using ArcGIS StoryMaps. Interns completed their project under the direction of Sharon Zhang, Ph.D. candidate in the Department of History and Graduate Student Assistant at the WHC (Fall 2025).
